Salvation

Do you know...?
...if you died today, that you would go to heaven?
If you could be sure, would you do what the Bible says?

There are four things that the Bible says are necessary to know in order for you to go to Heaven when you die:

#1 THE BIBLE SAYS THERE IS A REASON YOU NEED TO BE SAVED!

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 3:10

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 3:23

#2 THE BIBLE SAYS THERE IS A PENALTY FOR YOUR SIN - ETERNAL DEATH!

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Revelation 20:14

#3 THE BIBLE SAYS GOD SENT HIS SON, JESUS, TO PAY THE PENALTY FOR YOUR SIN SO THAT YOU CAN GO TO HEAVEN!

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Acts 4:12

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

But God commandeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:8

#4 THE BIBLE SAYS GOD HAS MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO BE SAVED RIGHT NOW!

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9-10

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13

God's Word goes on to say, " How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?" Romans 10:14

So, you see, praying does not save you, God does. The moment you believe (rely on, depend on) what you have heard (the gospel, that is, Jesus died, buried and rose again FOR YOUR sin). Then, call upon the name of the Lord to save you. Will you do so now?

Take God at His Word and claim His promise for your salvation. Bow your head right now and pray similar to this "Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and that I do not deserve anything other than death and hell. Thank you for dying for me and paying my penalty. I accept You and what You did for me and I trust You now and forever for my salvation. Amen."

If you have now trusted Christ, let us know.

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Romans 10:11

If you are not ashamed of trusting Christ, let us help you to grow as a Christian.
